- By learning from others' experiences, future buyers can better assess whether a specific product variant will meet their needs and adjust their choice accordingly, such as ordering a larger or smaller clothing size.
- Taking into account the insights from product surveys, customers can make more accurate choices, significantly reducing the number of returns.
- Importantly, survey results are presented clearly, and the features rated by buyers can be tailored to specific product characteristics.
How to enable product surveys?:
- Log in to the TrustMate panel.
- Go to the "Products" tab, then to the "Categories" tab.
- Select the product category by clicking on it.
- Click the "Add Product Survey" button.
- Next, in the survey configuration, set the number of options and the names of the features to be evaluated.
- Once you finish configuring, click "Save."
You can edit or delete the saved survey. You can add up to 3 product surveys to one product category simultaneously.
