How to enable product surveys and why are the usefull?

Product surveys help your customers make better, more informed purchasing decisions. Here's how to set them up.

  • When leaving product reviews on TrustMate, customers can indicate whether the sizing is underestimated, standard, or overestimated, along with other factors like shoe width, bike weight, or vacuum cleaner power.
  • By learning from others' experiences, future buyers can better assess whether a specific product variant will meet their needs and adjust their choice accordingly, such as ordering a larger or smaller clothing size.
  • Taking into account the insights from product surveys, customers can make more accurate choices, significantly reducing the number of returns.
  • Importantly, survey results are presented clearly, and the features rated by buyers can be tailored to specific product characteristics.
 How to enable product surveys?:
  • Log in to the TrustMate panel.
  • Go to the "Products" tab, then to the "Categories" tab.
  • Select the product category by clicking on it.
  • Click the "Add Product Survey" button.
  • Next, in the survey configuration, set the number of options and the names of the features to be evaluated.
  • Once you finish configuring, click "Save."

You can edit or delete the saved survey. You can add up to 3 product surveys to one product category simultaneously.
