How to enable product surveys and why are the usefull?

When leaving product reviews on TrustMate, customers can indicate whether the sizing is underestimated, standard, or overestimated, along with other factors like shoe width, bike weight, or vacuum cleaner power.
By learning from others' experiences, future buyers can better assess whether a specific product variant will meet their needs and adjust their choice accordingly, such as ordering a larger or smaller clothing size.
Taking into account the insights from product surveys, customers can make more accurate choices, significantly reducing the number of returns.

Importantly, survey results are presented clearly, and the features rated by buyers can be tailored to specific product characteristics.

How to enable product surveys?:

Log in to the TrustMate panel.
Go to the "Products" tab, then to the "Categories" tab.
Select the product category by clicking on it.
Click the "Add Product Survey" button.
Next, in the survey configuration, set the number of options and the names of the features to be evaluated.
Once you finish configuring, click "Save."

You can edit or delete the saved survey. You can add up to 3 product surveys to one product category simultaneously.
