Automatic sending of invitations allows you to fully utilize the potential of gathering feedback. With it, the TrustMate system automatically asks your customers to leave a review after making a purchase. See how to configure it.

Attention! To use automatic send-out, it is necessary to create an invitation configuration beforehand. See how to do it.

Automatic Invitation Sending Configuration.

To fully enjoy the automatic sending of invitations to review purchases, make sure it has been activated on your store's side.

  • Log in to the TrustMate panel.
  • Go to the "Invitations" tab, then to the "Automatic Sending" tab.
  • The view you will find at this stage is the "Online Reputation Manager," which allows you to easily manage the sending of specific invitation configurations.
  • Choose either the "Company Invitations" or "Product Invitations" tab.
  • Next, click the "Add Configuration" button and select the one you want to use from the list.
  • Done! Now your automatic invitation sending is ready to go!

You can use more than one configuration simultaneously. Just set the proportions in which invitations will be sent for specific configurations using the sliders in the reputation manager.
